At FITPOD, the choice is yours! We host a wide range of fitness and dance disciplines to get you moving. Join a Pilates mat or reformer class with Stretch Pilates or a mat class with Janine Paladin Pilates. For a one-on-one session, join our private instructors, Janine Paladin, Sasha Nelson and Stretch Pilates. Dance your heart out by joining one of the many dance instructors available at FITPOD, including Stow Academy of Irish Dance, Freedom Dance Studio, Rampage Dance Company, Red Veil Studio, Step in Time Dance Studio and Bollywood dance with Suvina Mahadaw and Nayika Brijlal. Get fit and functional with aerobic fitness classes led by Gina Mazzoni and Dina Crichton or get moving during a Zumba® class with Chantelle Nicholson or a Barre class with Angela Smith.
