For a one-on-one session, join our private instructors, Angelique Roux, Teneille Mans, and Sasha Nelson and Janine Paladin. Dance your heart out by joining one of the many dance instructors available at FITPOD, including Stow Academy of Irish Dance, Freedom Dance Studio, Dance Café, Red Veil Studio, Performing Arts Centre, Step in Time Dance Studio and Bollywood dance with Suvina Mahadaw and Nayika Brijlal.
